Terms of Use
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms set out the rules for using this website. They are deliberately plain: use the Site fairly, respect our content, and understand that what you see here is a description of what we do and not a substitute for a written engagement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of www.advitecs.com (the "Site"), operated by Advanced Intelligence Technical Systems L.L.C., trading as ADVITECS, of Amman, Jordan. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Services we provide to clients are governed separately by our Terms & Conditions and the written agreement for each engagement.
2. Using the Site
You may browse the Site, read its content and use the contact form to get in touch with us for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or to probe, scan or test their vulnerability;
- send automated requests, scrape the Site or extract its content by automated means, except for search engines indexing it in the normal way;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation or availability;
- use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, spam, false information or anything abusive, defamatory or unlawful;
- impersonate any person or organisation or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these terms.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, design, graphics, illustrations, logos, the ADVITECS name and mark, sample interfaces, code and the way they are arranged, belong to ADVITECS or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own reference in connection with considering our services. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence to use the ADVITECS name or mark.
4. Demonstration content and sample data
The Site describes ADVITECS services and capabilities. Dashboards, reports, workflows, interfaces and figures shown on the Site are illustrations of what our solutions can do. They use sample data and fictional scenarios and are not records of client work, actual results or statistics about ADVITECS, unless a page explicitly labels something as a verified case study with the client's agreement. Industries shown on the Site are sectors we serve and target, not claims about past projects.
5. Information only, not advice
Content on the Site, including articles in the blog, is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Any advice we give is provided under a written engagement in which we understand your specific circumstances.
6. Accuracy and changes to the Site
We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free from errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice, and we may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
7. Links to other websites
The Site links to websites we do not control, such as our LinkedIn page. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. You may link to the Site's home page in a fair and lawful way that does not suggest any association or endorsement that does not exist; we may withdraw this permission at any time.
8. Messages you send us
Messages sent through the contact form or by email are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send. Please do not send confidential information, passwords, payment details or personal data about other people through the contact form; if we need such information we will agree a secure way to exchange it.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available at all times but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates or for reasons outside our control.
10. Limits of our responsibility
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADVITECS excludes all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Site and its content, and will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on anything it contains, including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute relating to them or to your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live.
12. Contact
